In an increasingly competitive market environment,as the core competitiveness of enterprises,the logistics capabilities have been got more and more attention from domestic and foreign scholars.The competition between enterprises has become the competition between logistics capabilities.Logistics capability itself is an abstract concept.Ability is a skill or a method for the enterprise in the market competition in mainraining the competitive advantage[1].How to evaluate the enterprises logistics capabilities has become the question that people concerned.In this article,we put forward the quota for evaluating the logistics capabilities and built the measurement model from four aspects which are quantity,quality,time and cost.And we selected flow capacity,quality of service,flexible capacity and cost control ability as the logistics capability evaluation index from these four angles.We hope that it can have certain significance for developing the logistics capabilities.
