Introduction:Bitter melon extract has been used in many Asian countries as a herbal remedy for diabetes, tumor, A)DS,and immunity boosting.One of the most prominent properties of bitter melon extract is its potent antioxidant activity which may be possibly responsible for its therapeutic effect.In this study,influence of extraction conditions on the antioxidant activity of the extract was investigated.
