Objective: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and pemphigus are two representatives of pathogenic autoantibodydriven autoimmune diseases systemically and organ-specifically, respectively.Given the critical roles of the helper CD4+T cells in B cell activation and antibody production, the cellular and molecular mechanisms of how CD4+T cells promoting B cells differentiation and functionality in these two autoimmune diseases needs to be further investigated.
