Aiming at the complexity of TCM clinical data set,incomplete,redundant and fuzzy,a preprocessing methods for TCM clinical data were proposed,and through clustering methods to build drug network diagram in order to reduce dimension.According to the fuzzy characteristic of TCM clinical data,and the border hardness of boolean type association rules,an improve association rules mining method were put forward based on fuzzy set theory,structural fuzzy sets and membership functions.
