目的探讨Mast-Quadrant可扩展通道微创手术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的护理。方法对23例腰椎管狭窄症患者采用Mast-Quadrant通道下椎管减压椎间融合椎弓根螺钉内固定术；通过术前充分完善各种准备、体位训练、腰背肌功能锻炼指导及个性化心理疏导；术后密切观察病情变化，认真做好患者体位护理及躯体移动，切口及引流管的护理，及时发现术后并发症并做好护理干预，详细制定患者早期功能锻炼方案并督促落实
