磁性液体直线密封技术是一种新的动密封技术。由于磁流体直线密封装置本身不仅能完成直线运动的密封,且能够代替转轴密封,实现直线加旋转复合运动的密封,因而该种密封技术引起人们的注意。本文着重介绍磁性液体直线密封技术的发展概况及今后研究重点。磁性液体直线密封技术起源于80年代初期。在1980年,M.Coldowsky最早发表了磁性液体用于直线密封的实验及实验结果。图1是为心脏机研制而建立的单级磁性液体线性密封的实验简图。
Magnetic liquid linear sealing technology is a new dynamic sealing technology. Because of the magnetic fluid linear sealing device itself can not only complete the linear motion of the seal, and can replace the shaft seal, to achieve a straight line combined rotary motion of the seal, so this kind of sealing technology has drawn people’s attention. This article focuses on the development of magnetic liquid sealing technology and future research priorities. Magnetic liquid linear sealing technology originated in the early 1980s. In 1980, M. Coldowsky first published experimental and experimental results of magnetic liquids for linear sealing. Figure 1 is a simplified schematic of a linear seal of a single stage magnetic fluid for the development of a cardiac machine.
