家蚕微粒子病发生机制复杂，防治环节多，防治难度大。针对该病的发生规律和目前蚕种生产实际，在全面总结家蚕微粒子病防治的新成果、新技术及新经验基础上，提出“以防为主，防治结合”为核心、包括9 大技术措施的家蚕微粒子病全程防控技术体系，供蚕种生产单位借鉴和参考。

动物肠道中存在庞大而复杂的微生物群落，是宿主重要的“微生物器官”，对宿主生长发育具有非常重要的作用。由于遗传、饮食等因素，动物肠道微生物组成会产生差异。本研究以抗逆性差异显著的两个家蚕品种大造和菁松为试验材料，采用16S rRNA 克隆文库技术对两个家蚕品种的肠道微生物进行测序分析，主要结果如下：将两个品种的家蚕样品上机测序，原始数据进行去杂、优化获得样品优化数据。
适宜的温度是昆虫正常生长发育的必要条件，温度过高或过低都会对昆虫的生长发育产生不利影响。高温环境下家蚕对饲料的消化吸收及生理代谢功能受到影响，为了从不同视角了解高温对家蚕生长发育的影响机制，本研究初步检测分析了高温对家蚕肠道微生物群落的影响。
