一种聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)过滤膜的结构及大气过滤性能研究

  利用静电纺丝技术,以质量分数15%的聚偏氟乙烯为溶质,以丙酮、氮氮二甲基甲酰胺2∶1混合为溶剂,制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)纳米纤维膜过滤材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X荧光光谱(XRY)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、环境污染监测评价舱等对聚偏氟乙烯过滤膜进行了结构和过滤性能研究,并分析了过滤机理。结果 表明,该种聚偏氟乙烯过滤膜具有良好的颗粒物过滤效果,同时具有低呼吸阻力特性。
