  In this paper, high density SiO2f/SiO2 composites were prepared by the preparation of interface coating, in-situ curing process of liquid phase infiltration and the preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid coating on the surface of SiO2f/SiO2 composites.SEM was engaged in studying micromorphology of interface coating and SiO2f/ SiO2 composites.
