Aiming at excessive consumption of NaCN and lower gold leaching rate caused by impurity ions accumulation during cyanide leach waste water recycling, Precipitation method was used to rapidly decreased Cu(CN)43-、 SCN-and other ions concentration, so the leach gold activity of cyanide waste water was effectively recovered and the treatment water was back to leach system, cyanide gold leach waste water achieved zero-emission.Results show that the concentration of copper, SCN in the cyanide leach waste water is decreased to about lg/L when zinc sulfate and copper sulfate added 1.8 times and 2.2 ~ 2.4 times of the theoretical amount ,step by step.Meanwhile, Fe(CN)64-is precipitated completely during zinc sulfate precipitates Cu(CN)43-; S2O32-and SO32-concentration is sharply reduced during copper sulfate precipitates SCN-.At Last, the neutralized solution directly returns to the leaching system after the precipitated solution is removed SO42-with lime neutralization.This method has simple operation and it is easy for industrialized application.At the same time, valuable elements in precipitation slag are respectively recovered by NaCN、 ZnSO4 、 CuCN and CuSCN.
