Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) is a critical transcription factor in innate and adaptive immune response as well as cell proliferation and survival.Previous studies have demonstrated that porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) infection activated NF-kB pathways through IkB degradation in MARC-145 cells and alveolar macrophages. To evaluate the mechanisms behind this,we investigated the role of TLR,RIG-I and MAPK signaling pathway in the regulation of NF-kB.
