　　Objective Alzheimers disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder which is still irreversible up to now.The typical symptoms of AD is memory loss,as well as other mental disorders.Recent evidences indicate that type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is an important risk factor of AD; some efforts aimed at the treatment of T2DM have been used as a novel therapeutic strategy for AD.
