Recently,the N-O bond containing compounds were frequently used as the internal oxidants and substrates for transition-metal catalyzed C-H activation and cross couplings.Oxime esters has become powerful tool for N-heterocycles such as pyridines,pyrroles,and imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines in the presence of copper catalyst.We have been interested in copper-catalyzed oxidative coupling reactions using oxime acetates as internal oxidant.
