Reward anticipation and outcome appraisal are two important aspects of reward decision making.Many factors,such as magnitude,probability and valence of uncertain options as well as framing of decision context,influence peoples reward decision making.Neuroimaging studies have also identified several brain networks and electrophysiological indices that are involved in these two stages of reward processing,which may be regulated by dopaminergic activity in human brain.This talk will summarize findings from our recent neuroimaging studies on reward anticipation and outcome appraisal in individuals with high sensation seeking and internet addiction.

李瑞全教授的稱得上是一篇宏文,該文站在中西比較的高度提出了在現行西方醫學模式之外創建新的醫學模式的構想,這個新的醫學模式主要基於"中醫所含的文化意義,特別是儒家對人之為人的價值,以及人與天地萬物的關係所提出的醫學理念"(李瑞全,2015,51).筆者一直從事儒學研究,近年來又關注生命倫理學,此文對筆者的吸引力可想而知.
李瑞全教授的(李瑞全,2015),是在心理與精神疾病對西方醫學模式構成挑戰的當代社會,提出的從儒家倫理出發的醫學理念和醫學模式.文章討論之初,李瑞全教授開宗明義地指出,西方醫學模式的底層背景,是發源於古希臘,以笛卡爾思想為集大成者的心物二元論——靈魂是永恆不滅的存在,而疾病則伴隨著時刻變化的身體,直至死亡.由此,西方醫學把一切疾病都視為身體的器官或生理功能問題,直至二十世紀六七十年代對於心理精神疾
