Aim: To study the effects of genistein on isolated myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury rats and its effects on the levels of AngⅡ and ANP.Methods: An isolated rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury was made and genistein (low dose, medium dose and high dose) was given in reperfusion period.
