植物抗病功能基因挖掘及其作用机理研究进展

为了尽可能降低植物病虫害给作物生产带来的损失,全球范围内,特别是发展中国家和一些落后地区,有机、无机农药过量施用或滥施现象随处可见,除了造成食品安全问题之外,也给整个生态系统带来了不同程度的不良影响.所以,培育抗病作物一直以来是遗传育种等相关领域的研究重点,也是提高作物抗性最经济、最有效、最环保的策略.概括而言,随着生物技术不断进步,作物抗病基因方面的研究先后经历了由克隆获取单一抗性功能基因向广谱抗性基因挖掘及其作用机理探究的转变,尤其是当基因组学、代谢组学、蛋白组学和高通量测序技术等兴起之后,植物抗性研究进程变得更加突飞猛进.本文综述水稻、棉花、大豆等各类作物抗病基因克隆挖掘、功能验证和机理探究技术手段的最新进展,结合当前植物抗病育种研究工作,为植物抗病育种研究提供参考.
