Aim: To study the pharmacokinetics of peramivir trihydrate and sodium chloride injection in Chinese healthy volunteers.Methods: 30 healthy volunteers were enrolled and administered with single or multiple doses of 150, 300, or 600 mg peramivir trihydrate and sodium chloride injection by intravenous drip infusion (n=10 for each dose level).
