抗瘤增效方结合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及对生活质量影响的临床观察

全身化疗为中晚期肺癌患者主要治疗手段之一.化疗易引起神疲乏力,腰酸腿软,头晕耳鸣,纳谷不馨,口苦口粘等精气不足兼有湿热阻滞中焦之证.《素问·至真要大论》指出"损者益之",通过多年临床经验总结,观察采用中医益气养精清热和中扶正治疗,能有效地防治化疗所致系列毒副反应,增强抗癌能力.据此,自2002年1月起开展随机对照前瞻性的临床研究,对中晚期NSCLC化疗期间予以益气养精散结扶正为主、清热化湿和胃为佐
