The extent of natural sequence variation among isolates of Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd) was examined by sequencing cDNA clones, by "deep sequencing," and by comparison with the global sequences obtained from the GenBank.The nucleotide sequences from cDNA clones of three CSVd isolates (one each from USA, China and Australia) were compared.
