  Fusarium as advantage inhabitant fungi, some species can cause plant root rot severity,which often co-infection in the plants when soybean cyst nematodes occur, whereas certain species have certain effects of controlling the nematodes.In order to provide fungus resources for bio-control nematodes, the research used the interaction between microorganisms to screen Fusarium strains against Meloidogyne incognita.In the experimental, there were 66 soil samples collected from soybean field of 23 counties in Liaoning province.About 202 Fusarium strains were obtained from soil samples and the isolation rate was 65.2% in cultural fungus.Single spore of Fusarium strains were isolated, then put them into the Czapek medium.Then the fermentations of Fusarium were determining the nematicidal activity against the second stage juveniles (J2) of M.incognita by Bayesian method.
