本研究采用碱性氨基酸扫描母肽TD-1的方法设计了系列阳离子环肽，讨论阳离子环肽的结构与促渗活性的关系。通过建立糖尿病大鼠模型，将透皮肽与胰岛素混合后涂于去毛大鼠的腹部，通过不同时间点检测糖尿病大鼠血糖变化，在体评价透皮肚的经皮促渗活性，探讨具有经皮促渗功能的阳离子环肽构效关系。发现环肽的经皮促渗活性显著增加，并说明阳离子环肽碱性基团远离骨架结构有利于与生物膜表面的相互作用。综上所述认为在阳离子环肽
