Puccinia triticinia (Pt) is an obligate parasite pathogen which caused wheat leaf rust all over the world, and causing significant yield losses in wheat production when the diesease developed seriously.New Pt races or new races virulence tendecy allways break the resistance of wheat varities.RNA-seq will help to understand how the races changed and which gene contribute the virlence, and help to colong the effectors in Pt.
