含稀土离子Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃的着色和核化、晶化行为

  采用高温熔制法制备含稀土离子(V2O5+CeO2+SnO2)的Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS)系微晶玻璃,利用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了着色剂成分对LAS微晶玻璃着色、核化及晶化过程的影响规律.结果表明:不同稀土离子组成可使LAS微晶玻璃呈现出褐色至黑色的可控颜色变化;稀土离子的加入基本不影响LAS微晶玻璃的晶相组成,但使玻璃的析晶峰温度增加;含稀土离子LAS微晶玻璃合适的核化温度为730℃,晶化温度870~910℃.
