中国汉族青少年男性髋部形态的分析

  目的:青少年期获得尽可能高的峰值骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)可降低骨质疏松骨折的发生风险.本研究拟通过检查我国青少年期男性的BMD明确我国汉族男性峰值骨量的基本情况.方法:中国汉族男性828名,年龄16至23岁,测量身高、体重、腰围及臀围.腰椎、股骨颈、全髋BMD采用双能X线骨密度仪(Prodigy,GE)测定.SPSS10.0行统计分析,以P<0.05为差异显著.结果:本研究群体平均年龄为19.17+1.54岁.腰椎、股骨颈及全髋的BMD值在21岁达到峰值,Pearsons相关分析及stepwise回归分析发现年龄、体重是上述三个部位BMD最主要的影响因素.结论:我们发现的汉族男性峰值骨密度高于既往中国男性人群及东亚国家的峰值骨密度研究结果.
