  As a common form of green architecture,landscape architecture has become a widely used design strategy because of its effective interaction with environment.However,in China,landscape architecture design comes from the concepts of architectssubjective and accidental inspiration in many instances,most of the actual use effect is not very well.Environmental behavior study is a kind of objective and logical theory based on data collection and analysis,concentrates on the relationships between architecture,human beings,cities and environment through scientific measured way.This paper attempts to take environmental behavior as an important parameter to evaluate Chinese contemporary landscape architecture and to explore modern landscape architecture design in accordance with environmental behavior theory,in order to offer references to modern landscape architecture design which will meet peoples psychological needs and harmonized architecture and environment,finally leads to a situation where the quality of the landscape architectural space will be improved,and the place vitality will be stimulated.The idea of landscape architecture design under the guidance of environmental behavior studies is to strengthen the environmental and behavioral factors through the whole landscape architectural design progress,through organic implants of environmental behavior elements,landscape architecture will gain logical and practical evidence in both form and detail.
