Capecitabine and Oxalipaltin (CAPOX) are usually used as first-line therapy in most of the gastrointestinal (GI) advanced tumors, with or without associations with biological agents, such as Bevacizumab, Cetuximab or Panitumumab.Despite its benefits, CAPOX regimen can lead to several toxic side-effects.The commonest reported chemotherapy induced toxicities are fatigue, peripheral neuropathy, nausea, diarrhea, hand-foot-syndrome, and hematologic disorders such as neutropenia, anemia and thrombocytopenia.
