Background,Motivation and Objective Relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystals Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3(PMNT) and Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3(PIMNT) have attracted considerable attention because of their extremely high piezoelectric and electromechanical coupling coefficients near the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)(d33~2000pC/N,d31~-2000pC/N,d15~6000pC/N,k33~0.92,k31~0.94,k15~0.97)[7,8,9].
