以糖功能化金纳米粒子为探针的流感病毒受体特异性分析

目的 金纳米粒子的光学性质与其聚集-分散状态密切相关,当其由分散到聚集状态时,紫外-可见吸收(UV-vis)光谱发生明显改变,溶液颜色相应地由红色变为紫色.本研究将唾液酸寡糖修饰在金纳米颗粒上,合成了糖-金纳米粒子探针(gGNP),利用其与流感病毒血凝素蛋白(HA)相互作用时的聚集态变化,发展了一种简单、可视化地检测流感病毒受体特异性的新方法.
