目的 交流预防接种异常反应调查处置经验,提高调查处置工作质量,促进预防接种工作的开展.方法 现场调查处置.结果 经过多方努力,预防接种异常反应得到妥善解决.结论 预防接种异常反应的处置要加强与患者沟通,尽快处置,方能圆满解决.
