1.研究目的甜樱桃育种实践中,由于早熟甜樱桃幼胚的发育不成熟一直制约着胚培养的成功率,导致在利用早熟甜樱桃作母本的育种中仍然存在着胚培成苗率很低的问题.作为植物细胞全能性的一种表达方式,体细胞胚发生是离体条件下植物体细胞通过与合子胚类似的发育途径形成新体的过程.相对于器官发生而言,体细胞胚胎发生具有数量多、速度快、结构完整和再生率高等优点,是植物离体培养再生完整植株、果树快速繁殖的重要途径之一.
