本文用多次迭代解线性方程组的方法处理分立采样得到的光谱辐射测量数据,实现了光源光谱功率分布的复原。实测和处理了钪钠灯的光谱分布,结果表明,在不改变测量设备的情况下,使用多次迭代法处理的数据的相对误差减小了近一个数量级。
In this paper, the method of solving the linear equations by multiple iterations is used to process the spectral radiance data obtained by discrete sampling, and the restoration of the spectral power distribution of the light source is achieved. The spectral distribution of scandium sodium lamp was measured and analyzed. The results showed that the relative error of data processed by multiple iterations was reduced by nearly an order of magnitude without changing the measuring equipment.
