Machine Vision is a method replaces eye measure and estimate, Image acquisitions device getting target image then switches it into digital signal.Send it to computer image treatment system,Analysis software carry out variable operation.A Material Analysis System for establishing material ore reducibility properties and reduction behavior based on computer vision methods is presented.Different possible approaches for assessment are presented, results and limitations of this method and the assessment approaches are discussed.
