A novel functionalized fullerene bearing tertiary amine groups (C60-N) is introduced as the electron transporting material (ETM) in the inverted planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells.Compared to the commonly used [6,6]-Phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM),amino-based fulleropyrrolidine(C60-N) can both reduce the work function of the metal electrode and passivate the surface traps of the perovskite,resulting in improved carrier transport and decreased interfacial recombination loss,respectively.
