The filtration and capture study of cancer cells has great significance, for instance, the Circulating Tumor Cells(CTCs)are the precondition of tumor metastasis. For the advantages of simple operation, low cost, high throughput etc.,microfluidics has been proposed to the study based on constriction channels. The key issue is to investigate the inherent influencing factors of cell capture efficiency including cell type,micro-channel size, control conditions etc.
