　　Separation of cancer cells from other biological materials is significant in detecting circulating tumor cancer cells in cancer treatment and diagnosis.In this paper,we provide a method to continuously isolate HCT116 colorectal cancer cells from the cells with similar sizes by viscoelastic pre-focusing and dielectrophoretic separation.
