目的:对来源于胡颓子属的3种药用植物(胡颓子、披针叶胡颓子、宜昌胡颓子)叶进行红外光谱鉴别研究。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱及二阶导数红外光谱法研究比较3种植物叶粉末的红外谱图特征。结果:3种植物叶的红外光谱、二阶导数红外光谱整体上虽较相似,但某些吸收峰的峰强度或峰强比有一定差异,其中二阶导数光谱的差异更为明显;披针叶胡颓子大叶类型与小叶类型样品的红外光谱图差异极小;不同采收期同种植物叶样品的种内差异远小于同属不同种之间的种间差异。结论:红外光谱法能较可靠地辅助用于胡颓子属3种药用植物叶的鉴别。
Objective: To study the infrared spectra of three kinds of medicinal plants (Elaeagnus, Laparos lanceolate, Yichang Elaeagnus) from the genus Elaeagnus. Methods: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and second-order derivative infrared spectroscopy were used to compare the IR spectra of the three plant leaf powders. Results: The infrared spectra and the second derivative infrared spectra of the leaves of three species were similar, but the peak intensities or peak-to-peak intensities of some absorption peaks were different. The difference of the second derivative spectra was more obvious. There was no significant difference in the infrared spectra between the leaves of the Elaeagnus species and the leaf type samples. The intraspecific differences of the leaves of the same species in different harvest times were much less than those of the same species. Conclusion: Infrared spectroscopy can be more reliable for the identification of the leaves of three medicinal plants of Elaeagnus.
