  Cyprinid herpesvirus Ⅱ (CyHV-2) is the main pathogen causinghaematopoietic necrosis disease in Carassiusauratusgibelio.Although many nucleic acid-based diagnostic methods have been applied,no stable and sensitive immunological diagnostic methodshave been reported.In this study,to detectCyHV-2in clinical samples by immunologicalmethods,protein 72,encoded by the CyHV-2ORF72 gene,was used as a capture antigen to identify the blood and tissues if infected by CyHV-2.
