  目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中RET融合基因与胸苷酸合成酶(thymidylate synthase,TYMS)基因mRNA表达的关系。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测642例NSCLC组织中RET基因以及TYMS基因mRNA的表达。
