Mefformin hydrochloride resinates were prepared by bath method using a strongly acidic cation-exchange resin as the carrier.The drug resinates combination pattern was characterized by X-ray diffraction.The effects of the reaction temperature and particle size of the ion-exchange resin on the process of ion exchange were investigated,the kinetics and thermodynamics were studied under different conditions.
