目的:通过研究过表达低磷酸化IκB-β的转基因小鼠与野生型小鼠盲肠结扎穿刺(CLP)后脓毒症肺损伤的程度及肺组织炎症细胞趋化情况,来探讨低磷酸化Iκ B-β对小鼠脓毒症肺损伤的保护作用及其是否是通过降低肺组织炎症细胞趋化而起作用.
目的：通过对于手烧伤病人的队列研究，来探寻性别、年龄、季节、场地、病因、面积、深度、感染和基础疾病对手烧伤病人预后的影响.方法：回顾性总结分析从2009年1月至2013年12月所有在长海医院就诊的378位手烧伤住院病人.结果：本研究表明，手烧伤住院病人中以男性为主，年龄多为20至49岁.手烧伤的主要病因是火焰(37.04％)和电(25.40％)，主要发生场所是工作场所(60.85％).其中，男性、
