ODS 试验与模态仿真相结合改善发动机水泵螺栓共振断裂

本文通过LMS.test.Lab 软件针对长城汽车自主开发的某柴油发动机水泵-高压油泵安装系统进行了ODS 试验测试, 并使用HYPERWORK 建立该系统模态仿真分析模型,用于诊断发动机水泵连接螺栓断裂的原因,并提出了三种结构改进 方案,并通过模态仿真分析对比各方案的优劣,选取最优方案进行台架试验验证。试验和计算结果表明水泵-高压油泵系统 在196Hz 左右发生共振导致水泵连接螺栓断裂。仿真计算结果表明结构改进之后系统模态频率提高27%,能够避开共振区 域,台架试验结果表明结构改进之后196Hz 共振带明显消失,并顺利通过可靠性试验。
