城市区域路网交通状态分析是实施区域交通管理和交通诱导的基础。为实现对区域路网拥挤状况的有效刻画,提出了一种基于主成分分析和模糊综合评价相结合的定量评价方法。以路段平均行程时间为描述交通拥挤的参数,将路网中所包含的各个路段作为影响因素,利用主成分分析法确立了各个路段对区域拥挤的影响权重;运用模糊综合评价法对区域路网拥挤状况进行了评估。在济南市实际路网结构下,通过VISSIM交通仿真软件和SPSS数据统计分析软件对算法进行了实例验证。结果表明,该算法能够客观、有效地刻画城市区域道路的交通拥挤状况。
Urban area road network Traffic state analysis is the basis for implementing regional traffic management and traffic guidance. In order to effectively describe congestion in regional road network, a quantitative evaluation method based on principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. Taking the average travel time of road segments as the parameter to describe traffic congestion, taking each road segment included in the road network as the influential factor, the influential weight of each road segment on the regional congestion is established by using principal component analysis. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the regional road network Crowded conditions were assessed. Under the actual road network structure in Jinan City, the algorithm is verified by VISSIM traffic simulation software and SPSS data statistical analysis software. The results show that this algorithm can objectively and effectively characterize the traffic congestion in urban areas.
