采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了标准火灾作用下内配型钢方钢管混凝土柱的热力耦合模型,并与已有的试验进行了对比和验证。计算了该类构件在火灾全过程作用下的荷载-轴向位移、荷载-跨中侧向位移的关系曲线,分析了该类构件在常温加载、升温、降温、火灾后再加载四个阶段的应力变化情况,并将强轴和弱轴两种加载方式下的结果进行了对比。在此基础上,对影响火灾后剩余承载力影响系数的主要参数进行了分析。结果表明:火灾荷载比、升温时间比、长细比等因素对该类构件火灾后剩余承载力有较显著的影响。
The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the thermal coupling model of the CFST column with inner steel beam under standard fire conditions. The comparison and verification were made with the existing experiments. The curves of load-axial displacement and load-cross-middle lateral displacement of this kind of component under the whole process of fire are calculated, and the curves of such components under four different stages of loading, heating, cooling and fire are analyzed Stress changes, and the strong axis and weak axis two kinds of loading results were compared. On this basis, the main parameters that affect the influence coefficient of residual bearing capacity after fire are analyzed. The results show that: the fire load ratio, heating time ratio, slenderness ratio and other factors on the residual bearing capacity of these components have a more significant impact.
