人力资源管理在企业发展的不同阶段,作用是不同的。当企业发展到跨国经营阶段,人力资源管理的作用已提升到为企业的经营发展提供战略支持的战略伙伴的地位。论文从人力资源管理的最新理念、国际上若干个跨国经营矿山企业人力资源管理方法入手,分析在这些企业的优秀经营业绩中人力资源管理所起的作用,同时对中国煤炭企业当前专业人才缺乏的现状及原因进行简要分析,为改善我国煤炭企业的人力资源状况提出有益的建议。
Human resource management in different stages of business development, the role is different. When enterprises develop into multinational operation stage, the role of human resource management has been raised to the position of strategic partner that provides strategic support for the operation and development of enterprises. The thesis begins with the latest concept of human resource management and several international human resources management methods of multinational operation mining enterprises. It analyzes the role of human resource management in the excellent operation performance of these enterprises, and at the same time analyzes the current shortage of professionals in China’s coal industry Status quo and reasons for a brief analysis, to improve China’s coal resources in human resources situation and put forward some useful suggestions.
