Different preparation parameters used in the polar plate producing process of lead-acid battery are investigated and compared.The influence of working parameters on dynamic charge-discharge performance and cycling stability of the power-type lead-acid batteries are also studied.The results show that increasing content of sulfuric acid during lead paste mixing is helpful to increase the early capacity of the battery.Appropriate formation system and temperature of drying also influence the properties of charge-discharge and cycling greatly.
