针对中国农作物秸秆产量大、分布广的特点,加强农作物秸秆综合利用,是有效改善环境的重要举措.本文就农作物秸秆作为生物质燃料压捆和压缩成型技术及相关关键设备做一阐述及总结,并指出今后秸秆压缩技术及设备的发展趋势.提出随着市场经济及科学技术的发展,秸秆资源的商品化程度及应用范围越来越广。作为生物质发电燃料之一,秸秆压捆技术及压缩成型技术不断发展和完善,秸秆资源作为生物质发电原料的使用效率不断得到提高;相应关键技术设备推陈出新,从而促进农作物秸秆的综合利用。
