It is generally accepted by comrades who have been engaged in secretarial work that it is the easiest and easiest way to make minutes of meetings, especially the summary records. There is neither the complicated work nor the extensive basic work required to participate in government affairs. In fact, this is a one-sided view. The author has paid attention to the minutes of meetings (the vast majority of which are summary records) and found that there are many unskilled problems that can be summed up as follows: (1) “nonsense” (speaker’s focus, de facto nonsense) and (2) too brief, only the subject and the outcome of the resolution, there is no specific process of discussion, the searcher I do not know the conclusions drawn; (3) repeat , Memories, interlocution, Lenovo and other content Diego, or no explanation of the necessary, abnormal abrupt; or irrelevant macro, seem wordy. In the minutes of the conference, only the participants ’statements should be kept in mind, without regard to the traditional concepts of non-verbal factors. For the content that actually affects the process of the conference, such as the special background, the flow of people in the venue and the participants’ There is a lack of finishing touch. With the passage of time, people who do not know the inside story or do not know why a conclusion comes out, or find the meeting process elusive.
