基体改性抗氧化碳材料的高温氧化行为研究

  利用感应加热高温氧化测试装置,研究了不同种类组元基体改性碳材料在1800℃以上氧化气氛中的氧化行为,结果表明基体改性抗氧化碳材料具有良好的高温抗氧化性能,氧化速率较纯碳材料成倍降低,氧化动力学曲线遵循直线规律。通过SEM、XRD、EDS等手段对氧化产物组成、氧化层微观结构进行了分析,并探讨了基体改性碳材料的高温氧化机理,解释了温度、氧分压、时间等因素对氧化性能的影响。
