卡维地洛降低促炎因子MIF表达抑制AMI后大鼠心肌纤维化

  目的:探讨卡维地洛早期干预抑制急性心梗(A-MI)后大鼠心肌纤维化的作用机制。方法:以手术结扎左冠脉前降支(LAD)法制备大鼠AMI模型。结论:中、高剂量卡维地洛干预能降低AMl后大鼠心肌内促炎因子MIF表达,从而抑制AMI后心肌纤维化,改善心功能。
