Aim: Bu-zhong-yi-qi-tang (HET) is a traditional Chinese medicine used for the treatment of spleen-deficiency in clinic.However, the mechanism responsible for its actions has not been investigated experimentally.The present study aimed to investigate the pharmacological effects and mechanism of HET by using spleen-deficiency rat model.
